Tony was born and raised in Pennsylvania where he learned to prepare and cook food in the scratch-made tradition.  Since 2003, Tony has offered his talents to the Rattlesnake neighborhood as a butcher and chef.  While he likes to remain behind the scenes, you can often see him walking to and from work wielding his case of precious knives or at the Farmer’s Market sourcing the best possible fresh products for the next dinner special at Rattlesnake Market & Cafe.
